Nick Yang

Mr. Yang has more than twenty years of general management, sales, marketing, strategic planning, consulting, and technology development/management expertise in electronic and telecommunication industries. He started his career in U.S. working for Intel Corporation as senior design engineer. After graduating from Stanford Business School, he spent a year working as a strategic management consultant for Bain & Company. In 1983, Mr. Yang left U.S. and came to Hong Kong, and worked for 16 years in Hong Kong and China as executive director and deputy group managing director of Shell Electric Mfg. (Holdings) Ltd. In 1999, Mr. Yang joined JDS Uniphase Corporation as Vice President of Asia Sales & Marketing, specializing in fiber-optic telecommunication. In 2002, he became senior consultant to Warburg Pincus, a world-renown private equity investment firm.

Mr. Yang received his higher educations in U.S. and obtained his BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from California Institute of Technology. He also received MS degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA degree from Stanford University.
